The Three Types of Recruiting Calls


Dave’s ‘Three Calls’ Strategy

Call Type One – Bulk Calls
• 100+ calls per week (depending on conversion ratio)
• make these FIRST to fill up appointments for the week
• ‘do you want to meet?’
• pure numbers game – track results
• this is where you will get most of your appointments from at first
• < $4M Agents

Call Type Two – Relationship Building/Maintaining
• 3 calls per day, every day
• $4M + Agents
• Agents you know already or want to get to know
• No recruiting – ‘hi, how ya doing’ and ‘let’s grab a coffee’

Call Type Three – Result Focused Call
• 5+ calls per day, every day
• focused on targeted agent groups of all levels
• at times, may replace Call Type One for bulk calls
• follow up on event notification/invitation
• ‘are you interested in attending?’
• look for signs of interest to get appointment

This gives you almost 150 calls per week and hopefully a full schedule of appointments!
